Cancellation & Return Policy

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement by emailing urbanlyonline81@gmail.com.

• Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

Return & Exchange

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned with tags intact.

• To initiate a return, email us at urbanlyonline81@gmail.com with order details and product images.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.

• Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method.

• COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products purchased under special offers or discounts are not eligible for return unless damaged or incorrect.
